2025 Fall Golf
South Side Skills Hockey – Refund Policy South Side Skills Hockey operates under a no-refund, no-credit policy, consistent with the Registration Waiver and Release of Liability signed by all participants. 1. General Policy • All program fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is submitted and payment is processed. • This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, team placement, dissatisfaction with coaching or ice time, weather-related cancellations, or any other reason. 2. Optional Registration Insurance • Each registered player will have the option to purchase independent registration insurance at the time of registration. • This insurance is offered through a third-party provider. It is the sole method by which a participant may be eligible for reimbursement in the event of injury, illness, or other covered reasons. • South Side Skills Hockey does not administer, underwrite, or guarantee claims through this insurance. The insurance provider determines all coverage decisions. 3. Program Cancellations by South Side Skills Hockey • If South Side Skills Hockey cancels a program in its entirety before its start date, registered participants will receive a full refund. • If a program is partially canceled after starting, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of South Side Skills Hockey, based on the portion of the program not delivered. 4. Payment Plans • If a participant is removed from the program for any reason (voluntary withdrawal or dismissal for violation of rules), the full balance of program fees remains due and payable.
